We allow cats and dogs of all sizes! There is a $350 refundable pet deposit that is due upon move in. The monthly pet fee for 1 pet is $50 and an additional $30 for another pet (Max 2). Caged Animals are also welcome! There is a $100 refundable pet deposit and a monthly fee of $10 per animal (Max 3).
